Breazeal Gymnastics is a virtual education and training hub that aims to make gymnastics more accessible for people of all levels, backgrounds and abilities.

About Kati:
Kati competed in gymnastics for 13 years under the 2004 United States Olympic Head Coach, Yevgeny Marchenko, earning state, regional and national titles. She attended the University of Georgia on a full athletic scholarship, earning Academic All-American honors and a Masters degree in Kinesiology.

It may be dangerous to walkover down off a mat. Similar to down a wedge during the learning stages.

I'm teaching a friend to do a headstand. He says he feels dizzy & thinks look different when he eventually makes it upside down. What is a good gymnastic mumbo jumbo way to tell him he's weird. Because everything looks/feels the same to me.

I kinda feel like they make sense tho... It's part row, and you fully contract at the perfect point to hit lats, and it's an aerobic action aswell.. I'm very serious. Sure they look funny, but... I really do feel like these things are a very very valid iteration of the standard pull up. Shrugs 🤷🏻♂️..
